What is included in a tent rental and setup price?
Check the equipment list and rental period first, followed by transport, installation and dismantling scope. Specify enclosure, lighting and power needs before quotation; availability and inclusion must be confirmed individually. A quoted rental charge should not be treated as the total cost of the event space.
Why is a price per square metre not enough?
The same footprint can use a different series, span, eave height or arrangement. The standard series has 2.6 m eaves and 3 m bays; the high-eave series has 4 m eaves and 5 m bays; pagodas are individual 3×3, 4×4 or 5×5 m units. Duration, location, unloading and handling routes, and access or removal times also need confirmation.
