Calculate length using bays
For example, a 6 m span with four bays gives a length of 3×4 = 12 m and a geometric footprint of 6×12 = 72 m². This is a planning example, not a statement of stock or usable internal floor area. Fixings, circulation and site boundaries require separate checks.
Specify which 10 m series you need
The standard 10 m span has a 2.6 m eave height and 3 m bay spacing. The high-eave series also offers a 10 m span, but with 4 m eaves and 5 m bays. Asking for a 10 m tent alone does not define the configuration.
Send layout and access information
Include the city, site dimensions, ground photos, dates, rental duration and equipment layout. For rental only, agree collection or delivery and return arrangements. For rental with setup, confirm transport, installation, dismantling and charges individually.
Before you enquire
Does a 2.6 m eave height mean 2.6 m clear height everywhere?
No. Eave height is a series parameter, not a guarantee of internal clearance or ridge height. Send the dimensions of equipment, displays or vehicles that require access so that clearance can be checked.
Can I choose any tent length?
This series combines length in 3 m bays. Send your target dimensions, then confirm a suitable bay count against the venue and available stock.
