Measure the site before choosing a footprint
The confirmed pagoda options are 3×3, 4×4 and 5×5 m. Two 3×3 m tents have a combined geometric footprint of 18 m², but the layout also needs room for circulation, the agreed fixing method and obstacles. Do not fill the entire available site with tent footprints.
Plan reception and market requirements
Tell us whether the space is for registration, product display, selling or dining. Include dimensions for counters, shelving and other equipment. Discuss open sides or enclosure, power and lighting requirements before quoting; exact equipment and availability need confirmation.

Can a pagoda tent be extended in 3 m bays?
These pagoda options are quoted as individual 3×3, 4×4 or 5×5 m units. The 3 m and 5 m bay systems belong to the modular tent series. Any arrangement or connection of multiple pagodas must be discussed separately.
How many people fit in a 9 m² tent?
9 m² is the geometric footprint of a 3×3 m tent, not an occupancy rating. Furniture, use, circulation and venue requirements affect the layout. Send a proposed layout rather than relying on an area-based headcount.
